"I’ve always been
fairly active but in my mid 60’s, I noticed changes in
both endurance and muscle tone. With three very active
grandsons under the age of 8, I wanted to ensure I could
continue to romp and play alongside these boys. Coupled
with the need to improve overall health, wellness and
physical fitness, I joined Molly’s boot camp at the park
almost two years ago. Unsure of what to expect, I found
myself surrounded by individuals working hard, having
fun with Molly at the helm encouraging and cajoling.
When the opportunity
presented itself, I enlisted their mom – our youngest
daughter T.L. to join me in personal training sessions
with Molly twice weekly. I can honestly say at 67, I’m
in the best shape of my life thanks to Molly’s support,
expertise and encouragement."

each session but there is still consistency within the
