Our Personal Training
programs enable each client to reach their goals
individually or with a buddy. Whether the goal is to
focus on weight loss, body building, overall strength or
cardiovascular/endurance conditioning, our programs are
tailored to reach your specific goals!
All sessions cost $30!
Whether you choose a One-on-One Session or Buddy
Session…both are the same low price of $30! This means
(2) buddies can work out together for only $15 each!
Sessions take place at a
private gym, lasting 60-75 minutes. Sessions are
scheduled 1 ½ hours apart, allowing for a warm up & cool
down period without feeling rushed. Sessions can also
take place at your home or at a local park for an
additional fee. In addition to your workout, we will
also address basic nutrition. If your nutritionally
needs are more extensive, please refer to our
Nutri-Fit Program.
We also offer programs for
those who meet with us periodically or over the
internet. A One-Time Session is geared for those
who have an existing program but need a one-time session
to refine or work on their routine & technique. Or, for
a client who needs a new program designed for use on
their own. The Online Session is designed to work
with our “cyber” clients and a great option when
hands-on training is not necessary yet a program to
define or redefine a workout and nutritional overview is
required to achieve their goals.
Nutri-FIT Program:
Nutritional consultation is available through the
Nutri-Fit Program. This program will review your
current nutritional habits, clean out cupboards of
unhealthy foods and plan an optimal dietary structure
which will best suit your goals and lifestyle. This also
includes a trip to the grocery store to focus on healthy
shopping habits. Nutri-FIT Sessions are extensive and
last approximately 3 hours! Price varies depending on
client’s needs.
