Hi
and thank you for your interest in FITness FUNatics! My
name is Molly Carroll and I have been fitness coaching
since 1997. I’m the owner of FITness FUNatics, LLC. and
previously, the owner of Perfect Form Fitness. I am
certified in fitness training through the National
Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and International
Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I am also certified
in CPR/AED. As the field of health & fitness grows, I
also grow with continuing education, to stay current for
my clients.
I grew up as a recreational and club athlete in both
swimming and tennis. In the mid-seventies, I began
strength training and over the last 35 years, I have
maintained a very active and healthy but realistic
lifestyle. The setbacks and obstacles that come with
life experience along with all that I have learned as a
fitness trainer, allow me to relate to both young and
“seasoned” clients.
I work with clients both on a personal and group basis.
Over the years, I have had many clients stay with me or
go onto do their own routines and return for assistance.
My clients are family to me whether it is in a personal
or group setting and I will always be here for them. My
goal within group training is to maintain consistency
and an individualized approach. I have found the only
way to do this is to keep the class size small and be
the only instructor.
To all those who fear "boot camp" will kick their butt,
I assure you that I am not a drill sergeant! Instead I
strive to motivate, encourage and occasionally,
good-naturedly kid each camper into going beyond his or
her expectations. I am the same way when working with
clients on a personal basis. I strive to have FUN with
my FITness programs, yet challenge my clients!
Regardless of whether you are seeking a personal
training program or a boot camp class, we will work
together and succeed as a TEAM - a concept proven to be
more successful than doing it alone.
I love working with my clients and it’s a joy to watch
them achieve their goals toward a healthier lifestyle!
Friendships are forged through a common purpose that can
last a lifetime and helping others doesn't stop with
fitness coaching.
Healthy Regards,
Molly Carroll
